         Buckhorn Creek targets a tilted Cu (-Mo) porphyry center beneath post-mineral cover rocks

 

         BCE has recognized evidence for a 65º NE tilting in Tertiary synextensional sediments

 

         Systematic deep to shallower exposures of Proterozoic host rocks NE and SW of the target area contain extensive hydrothermal alteration and locally intense quartz-(Cu-Mo) veins increasing in intensity towards the target

Post mineral gravels contain clasts of sericitically-altered and veined, Cu-bearing porphyry on the property, with the potential for supergene chalcocite development (similar to Sheep Mountain East, located ~2km east)

 Copper Basin, Arizona

Property Location: Yavapai County, Arizona, 80 Km north of Phoenix in the Bradshaw Mountains

 

      Large porphyry copper-molybdenum system containing several previously undrill-tested hypogene targets.


      Quartz-pyrite-chalcopyrite-molybdenite veins and stockwork cut Laramide-aged quartz diorite dikes and stocks emplaced into Precambrian granites in multiple drainages within a central interior block.

      Synthesis of new geologic data suggest that shallower structural levels, where higher hypogene grades might be expected, should be preserved under less altered rocks to the east where several copper seeps are observed originating from weakly altered rocks.

      A ZTEM and aeromagnetic survey was flown on the property in late 2011 and highlighted several concealed target areas located outside the area of historic drilling.

      Detailed surface mapping in late 2011 and early 2012 expanded the area of historic focus by nearly 200% and identified multiple new and untested mineralized hydrothermal breccias.


      The Company has identified several new targets that were the focus of the initial 2013 diamond drill program.  The holes collared in the porphyry system, and six of the seven drill holes bottomed in visible copper-molybdenum mineralization.  Hole CB-13-01 was altered and mineralized over its entire 919.7 meter length, and averaged 0.34% copper equivalent (0.18% Cu and 0.029% Mo), with higher grade sub-intervals of 104.5 meters averaging 0.43% copper equivalent (0.21% Cu and 0.039% Mo) and 63 meters averaging 0.65% copper equivalent (0.16% Cu and 0.090% Mo).  Note: Cu equivalent calculated with a 5.5 Mo:Cu ratio and assumes that metallurgical recoveries and net smelter returns are 100%.  Reported intercepts are interpreted as true widths in porphyry style mineralization.

       BCE’s exploration programs at Copper Basin have established that the system consists of multiple nested pulses of porphyry-style alteration and mineralization with at least one kilometer of vertical extent and exposed over a 1.5 square kilometer target area.

      There are additional upside exploration targets that lie beneath less altered cover rocks peripheral to the exposed portion of the porphyry system.

       BCE is currently planning to follow-up on the encouraging 2013 drill results with a second phase program of exploration.

 Lomitas Negras, Arizona

Property Location: South of San Manuel, ~25 kilometers south of the San Manuel Mine, Pinal County, Arizona 

 

         The Lomitas Negras Property is located ~ 15 kilometers south of BHPB's San Manuel mine 

 

          Regionally, rocks are tilted to the east on multiple sets of down-to-the-west normal faults. The post-mineral extension has resulted in approximately 70º of rotation, recorded by the oldest Tertiary synextensional conglomerates and volcanic rocks 

 

          Regional geologic relationship suggest the local structure is complex and there are likely multiple larger displacement faults present that are hidden under the alluvial cover

Three target areas defined based on coincident anomalies defined by airborne magnetic and ZTEM geophysics, soil gas hydrocarbon geochemical surveys, and structural reconstructions

        Property lies along regional trend of porphyry copper mineralization extending from Safford district (Freeport-McMoRan) to San Manuel district (BHP-Billiton)

       Project is near the Klondike district, a past producer of copper, lead and zinc mineralization from skarn and replacement deposits in limestones and porphyry-like occurrences

       Tertiary faults identified across the area have dismembered and extended a Laramide-aged intrusive complex, exposing a dike swarm adjacent to BCE property, tilting young sedimentary rocks to steep angles, and offsetting the deeper portion of system to area beneath BCE property position along a low-angle fault

       Drilling has intersected porphyry-related alteration and quartz (-Cu-Mo) veins, increasing in intensity to the north

Property Location: Mineral Hill/Hurricane gold mining district; Black Hills; Crook County, Wyoming

       Located 25 km west of the Homestake Mine, and 20km west of Goldcorp's operating Wharf Mine

      Targets include epithermal-style gold and porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization associated with an Eocene-aged alkaline igneous complex

      District mineralization provides evidence for multiple magmatic events, including the emplacement of a prominent central breccia pipe

      Intense hydrothermal alteration developed in portions of the igneous complex along with gold-bearing quartz veins

      Placer gold deposits broadly developed in and around the Mineral Hill intrusive complex, and many historic lode mines and prospects are distributed throughout the district

       BCE's geochemical and geophysical data set includes: BLEG stream sediment samples, rock chip samples, a multi-element soil survey, and IP survey, and a historic magnetic survey

 Richmond Mountain, Nevada

       Two styles of mineralization dominant in the district: 1) polymetallic (±gold) system(s) developed in skarn and replacement bodies adjacent to early Cretaceous igneous intrusions, and 2) younger Carlin-style mineralization that overprints the older polymetallic mineralization

 

        The Company conducted a CSAMT survey and a reconnaissance drill program consisting of ~840 meters (~2,740 feet)

 

      Superposition of hydrothermal features such as iron-rich skarns and Pb-Zn-Ag-Au mineralization surrounding the Graveyard Flats intrusion provide effective chemical traps for higher-grade gold mineralization in Carlin-type fluids (similar to Archimedes, located ~1.5km east)

  Silver Bell West, Arizona

Property Location: Silver Bell mining district; Silver Bell Mountains, approximately 30 miles northwest of Tucson, Arizona

 

         Property immediately adjacent to operating Silver Bell Mine multiple stratigraphic units favorable for development of skarn mineralization and porphyry-style copper mineralization are recognized within the BCE land position, where a series of normal faults have down-dropped target rocks and lie beneath younger cover

 

      BCE is currently targeting two areas for exploration:

(1)   Paleozoic carbonate units likely to host copper-rich skarn mineralization that underlie outcrops of copper-mineralized Laramide intrusive rocks and copper-gold mineralized Mesozoic sedimentary rocks in the contact aureole

(2)   Trends of porphyry copper and skarn mineralization that project beneath cover rocks

 

        Ten drill sites in have been permitted, and first-round drilling is scheduled to begin in 2009

       Porphyry Copper Project in the Globe-Miami District of Central Arizona

Target lies in the middle to upper structural levels of the Pinto Valley-Copper Cities porphyry copper trend


East-Northeast-Striking Sleeping Beauty Fault (SBF) transected the porphyry center, down-dropping portion of the system to the north-northwest, including a portion of the deposit at the Copper Cities Mine 

 

      Targets include primary copper sulfides and supergene-enriched mineralization offset from the Copper Cities deposit in addition to to adjacent portion of the system

Fault displaced targets may includes portions of the system in the transition between potassic and sericitic alteration.
